Wide Load Slices Top Off Pickup
A pickup driver narrowly escaped death when a truck hauling equipment with a blade sliced the top off his pickup. Accident occurred north of La Ronge where loads over 9 feet 10 inches wide are required to have pilot/escort vehicles. The oversize load was about 14 feet wide and DID NOT have an escort.
